Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Dextrify ERP. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of your organisation.

The service

Dextrify is web-based business software for service businesses. Features, limits and plan availability may change as the product develops. Marketing pages describe the current product; they are not a guarantee of every future module.

Accounts

You must provide accurate organisation and user details, keep login credentials secure and ensure invited users are authorised to access your workspace. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Trials and paid plans

New organisations may start with a 14-day trial where offered. Paid features, invoices and subscription charges are described on the pricing page and in the product. We do not claim a fixed customer count or ranking in these terms.

Your data

You retain ownership of the business records you enter. You grant Dextrify a limited licence to host and process that data solely to provide the service. See the privacy policy for how personal and organisation data is handled.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other customers, or use Dextrify to store or send unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk.

Availability

We aim to keep Dextrify available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance and unexpected faults can occur.
