This policy explains how Dextrify handles information when you use Dextrify ERP at erp.dextrify.com. It is written for the product as it exists today.

Who this applies to

Dextrify is a business product. We process account details and workspace data on behalf of the organisation that signs up. If you use Dextrify as an employee or invited user, your organisation’s administrator controls access to that workspace.

Information we collect

• Account details you provide, such as name, email address and organisation name.
• Business records you enter in the product — for example clients, invoices, projects and payments.
• Technical logs needed to operate the service, such as login time and basic device or browser information.
• Messages you send us through demo, contact or support channels.

How we use it

We use this information to provide the workspace, authenticate users, process payments you initiate, send transactional email, improve reliability and respond to support requests. We do not sell client or invoice data.

Payments

Online invoice collection and subscription checkout may be processed by Razorpay. Card and UPI details are handled by that provider, not stored as full payment credentials in Dextrify.

Access and retention

Workspace data is available to users invited by the organisation. You can export data from the product where that feature is enabled. We retain records while the organisation’s account is active and for a limited period afterwards as needed to operate the service or meet legal obligations.
